To ensure effective resolution of complaints, PFS and its administrative partners have established a Complaints Resolution Policy
enabling our clients to address any complaints in a formal and constructive manner. This policy has been prepared in accordance with the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act and the subordinate legislation thereto including the ASISA Standard on Complaint Resolution.

In the spirit of Good Governance the CRISA Policy
formally documents the principles embodied in the “Code for Responsible Investing in South Africa” (CRISA).
The FICA Policy
is designed to meet all regulatory and statutory obligations, covering a number of related business activities including customer identification, record-keeping requirements, internal controls, internal training, internal communication and reporting procedures. The policy has been prepared in accordance with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act No 38 of 2001, its associated regulations and guidance notes and the Prevention of Organized Crime Act No 24 of 1999.

The Promotion of Access to Information Act of 2000 (“PAIA”) formally gives effect to section 32 of the South African Constitution, allowing a person to access information held by the Group which may be required to exercise or protect their rights. The PAIA Manual
sets out the processes and prescribed fees associated with requesting such information.
